Tips For Your Fair/Festival
1. Map: Creating a detailed map with the exact locations of each tent is the best way to ensure a smooth and efficient setup. The more information included, the fewer questions we’ll need to ask, allowing us to complete the setup quickly and seamlessly!
2. Book Ahead of Time: Our rentals book up quickly, and during peak weeks, our inventory often sells out! To secure your preferred tents and equipment, we highly recommend reserving your rentals weeks or even months in advance for the best availability.
3. Water/Electric Lines: For tents set up on grass, we secure them using heavy-duty stakes for maximum stability. To prevent any issues, please identify the locations of underground water and electrical lines so we can safely position the stakes.
4. Area Preparation: Ensure the fair or festival area is fully prepared before delivery. Mow the grass, mark setup locations with spray paint if needed, and remove any obstacles to allow for a smooth and efficient setup.
5. Surface Type: If your tent is not going on grass, or is unable to be staked in the desired location, let our team know so we can secure the tent with proper equipment.
