Tips For Your Backyard Event
1. Lawn Preparation: It's important to ensure your lawn is clear before delivery. This includes removing dog waste, toys, and any obstacles. We also recommend mowing your lawn beforehand to keep our products clean and prevent any potential damage.
2. Book Ahead of Time: Our rentals book up quickly, and during peak weeks, our inventory often sells out! To secure your preferred tents and equipment, we highly recommend reserving your rentals weeks or even months in advance for the best availability.
3. Water/Electric Lines: For tents set up on grass, we secure them using heavy-duty stakes for maximum stability. To prevent any issues, please identify the locations of underground water and electrical lines so we can safely position the stakes.
4. Level Ground: Our tents can be set up on almost any flat or gently sloped surface. While the slope won’t significantly affect the tent itself, a steep incline may make it difficult for guests to sit comfortably in chairs and enjoy tableside dining. For the best experience, we recommend a mostly level area.
5. Surface Type: If your tent is not going on grass, or is unable to be staked in the desired location, let our team know so we can secure the tent with proper equipment.
