Tips For Your Corporate Event
1. Book Ahead of Time: Our rentals book up quickly, and during peak weeks, our inventory often sells out! To secure your preferred tents and equipment, we highly recommend reserving your rentals weeks or even months in advance for the best availability.
2. Water/Electric Lines: For tents set up on grass, we secure them using heavy-duty stakes for maximum stability. To prevent any issues, please identify the locations of underground water and electrical lines so we can safely position the stakes.
3. Area Preparation: Ensure that the area is clear for setup. Cut the grass before delivery, mark where things are going if needed, and clear any other obstacles that may be present. A representative should meet our crew on sight to ensure that everything is exactly how you want it for your special day!
4. Surface Type: If your tent is not going on grass, or is unable to be staked in the desired location, let our team know so we can secure the tent with proper equipment.
